Job Description:

As a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will gather and translate complex requirements into clear integration workflows, user stories, and functional specifications, ensuring successful delivery of integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business and technical requirements.
Document current-state and future-state process flows (BPMN, UML).
Produce clear use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create data-mapping documents and integration specifications.
Liaise with architects and developers to validate feasibility and estimate effort.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Support user acceptance testing: develop test scripts, coordinate UAT sessions, and log feedback.
Draft training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions.
Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on scope, schedule, and risks.
Ensure traceability of requirements through delivery.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
