Job Description:

You will configure, test, and support the integration of complex IT systems—hardware, software, and network components—ensuring reliable end-to-end functionality for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather system requirements and develop integration plans.
Install and configure middleware, connectors, and drivers for ERP, CRM, and custom applications.
Develop and execute test cases for system-to-system interfaces.
Implement message-queue and file-transfer integrations (FTP/SFTP, MQ).
Monitor integration health and automate alerting for failures.
Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and data-mapping issues.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and patches.
Document integration configurations, network diagrams, and runbooks.
Assist in developing disaster-recovery and backup strategies.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for production incidents and escalations.
Train client-facing teams on integration processes and best practices.
