IT Infrastructure Engineer - Wireless

TheL2 Engineer, IT Infra. Solutions – Wireless is responsible for the deployment, configuration, optimization, troubleshooting and support of enterprise wireless infrastructure across customer environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience with wireless LAN technologies, site surveys, RF optimization, controller-based and cloud-managed wireless solutions, and integration with enterprise network infrastructure. The engineer will support both project implementations and troubleshooting.

• Monitor and troubleshoot network incidents.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Manage VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security.
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 / vendor team when required.
• Ensure compliance with network security policies.

Preferred Tools and Platforms

• Odoo (for ticket and contract management)
• MS apps, M365, Sharepoint, Azure
• Network Monitoring Tools

Experience

• 2–5years of network support experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, and VPN.
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, or Fortinet networking devices.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar).
• CCNA certification preferred; CCNP is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
