Job Description:

You will design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, cleanse, and transform data from diverse sources into our data warehouse and analytics platforms, ensuring data quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalent.
Design data mappings, transformation rules, and validation logic.
Automate data ingestion and processing schedules.
Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot failures.
Collaborate with data architects and BI teams on schema design and reporting needs.
Implement data quality checks and remediate anomalies.
Optimize SQL queries and pipeline performance for large datasets.
Document data lineage, metadata, and integration processes.
Support migration of on-prem data workloads to cloud platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
Write scripts to automate maintenance and ad-hoc data tasks (Python, Shell).
Establish best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
