Job Description

The sales coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales lifecycle at Interdev by ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and sales personnel. This role is central to the orchestration of lead generation, proposal preparation, quotation follow-up, and post-sales engagement, ensuring that every client touchpoint is timely, accurate, and professionally managed. The sales coordinator serves as a bridge between pre-sales, technical, business development, accounts, and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Sales coordination & pipeline management:

  • Coordinate all stages of the sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to closure and post-sale servicing.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, status tracking, and accurate forecasting.
  • Schedule client meetings, prepare briefing materials, and document meeting outcomes.
  • Monitor conversion metrics and support the BD team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Proposal, quotation & SLA management

  • Support the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals and commercial quotations in collaboration with technical and pre-sales teams.
  • Track the status of proposals submitted and ensure clients receive timely clarifications.
  • Coordinate SLA review and finalization with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with delivery and compliance standards.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained for all submitted quotations, approvals, and SLAs.

Client & account servicing

  • Act as a point of contact for clients for documentation, minor clarifications, invoice follow-up, and service updates.
  • Assist in account coordination for key clients and support onboarding, renewals, and engagement activities.
  • Track renewals and contract expiry to alert BD and operations for timely action.

Cross-functional coordination

  • Liaise between pre-sales, technical, finance, operations, and BD teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Coordinate internal inputs to finalize service scope, pricing approvals, delivery timelines, and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure billing triggers, deliverables, and project kick-off are aligned and supported after deal closure.

Invoicing & payment follow-up

  • Coordinate with the accounts team for timely generation and delivery of invoices.
  • Track payment schedules, follow up with clients as needed, and report payment status to BD leadership.
  • Support resolution of invoicing discrepancies and collaborate with delivery teams for milestone-based billing updates.

Documentation & CRM reporting

  • Maintain and organize documentation for proposals, contracts, invoices, and sales communications.
  • Update CRM or sales tracking tools with opportunity details, contact updates, and sales activity logs.
  • Prepare sales coordination reports for the management on a weekly/monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic language.
  • Female applicants only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT services or technology company.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Odoo or similar).
  • Knowledge of IT products and services is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with sales operations in ELV, ICT, or AMC projects is a plus.
