IT Infrastructure Engineer

The L2 Engineer, IT Infra. Solutions is responsible for the technical delivery and execution of IT infrastructure solution projects. The role ensures infrastructure solutions are implemented in line with approved designs, scope, timelines, and quality standards. This role provides technical leadership to infrastructure engineers, supports pre-sales technical activities, and ensures reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure deployments for customers.

• To be able to perform Support and Implementation for complex networks, firewall, server/HCI, backup solutions.
• Provide regular updates on troubleshooting progress to stakeholders.
• Support skill development, mentoring and knowledge sharing within the infrastructure team.
• Complete the ticketing and documentation as per ITSM guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to performance, security, and reliability best practices.

Preferred Tools and Platforms

• Odoo (for ticket and contract management)
• MS apps, M365, Sharepoint, Azure.
• Network Monitoring Tools.

Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation or engineering roles.
• Exposure to enterprise IT environments and solution-based delivery models.
• Certification- ITIL, CCNA ( R&S), MCSE, Any HCI, Firewall certifications.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to identifying root causes and recommending practical solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
