An AMC maintains specific equipment through scheduled checkups and repairs. Managed services run your whole environment for a service line, with 24x7 monitoring. AMC is priced per asset per year; managed services are priced monthly per user or device.
Yes. Each service line has its own plan, so you can mix IT AMC and Managed Services under a single InterCare agreement.
Yes. Onboarding brings existing systems under InterCare. Managed services cover brands outside our portfolio after a supportability check. IT AMC covers brands we are authorised on and can supply spares for.
